Domino’s Q4 Earnings Delivers A Bigger Slice

Domino's Pizza, Inc.

Domino’s reported another steady quarter that reinforced how well its model holds up when it sticks to the basics. Total revenue rose 6.4% to $1.536 billion, income from operations increased 8.0% to $295.7 million, and net income climbed 7.2% to $181.6 million. Diluted EPS increased to $5.35 from $4.89 a year earlier, the kind of step up that may not grab headlines but tends to matter over time. The quarter was another chapter of consistent operations, measured growth, and the quiet confidence of a company that keeps doing what it says it will do.

Demand trends were generally supportive, led by the U.S., while international results were positive but more subdued. U.S. same store sales increased 3.7% in the quarter, and international same store sales grew 0.7% excluding foreign currency impact. With 392 net new stores added globally, Domino’s continued to expand its footprint while keeping the existing base productive.

The quarter showed the usual mix of tailwinds and pressure points. Domino’s cited higher supply chain revenues tied to higher order volumes and food basket pricing, along with stronger U.S. franchise advertising revenues and royalties as comps and unit growth flowed through the system. U.S. company owned store margins faced pressure from higher insurance and labor costs, but the bigger picture still moved in the right direction, with higher operating profit and higher earnings per share, helped in part by a lower average diluted share count from repurchases.

The update ended with clear priorities - solid execution paired with steady cash returns. The board approved a 15% increase in the quarterly dividend, declaring $1.99 per share for stockholders of record March 13, 2026, payable March 30, 2026. Domino’s also repurchased $80.0 million of stock in the quarter and $354.7 million during 2025, with $459.7 million still authorized at year end. If you like your capital return policy the way you like your pizza, repeatable and delivered on schedule, Domino’s checked that box again.
